Use of the platform
BoardHub OS is a software platform for organizations that govern a board and serve members. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms and your organization's policies.
Organization responsibility
Each organization is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, for managing its own users and permissions, and for how it uses the platform with its members and board.
User accounts
Accounts are created through organization setup or administrator invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or infringing content.
Data and uploads
Your organization retains ownership of the content and documents it uploads. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and share that content.
No accounting or legal advice
BoardHub OS provides operational and financial visibility tools, not professional advice. The Treasurer workspace is a reporting layer, not accounting software, and nothing in the platform constitutes legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Subscription and payment
